Liquid gluten

This product is the result of soaking corn, which contains most of the soluble materials of corn and products of lactic fermentation, as well as insoluble materials such as bacterial cells. This product is rich in organic nitrogen. Half of the nitrogen in it is free amino acids and the rest are peptides and low molecular weight proteins. CSL is also a rich source of various minerals and vitamins and can meet the nutritional goals of livestock and poultry diets.

Description

This product is the result of soaking corn, which contains most of the soluble materials of corn and products from lactic fermentation, as well as insoluble materials such as bacterial cells. This product is rich in organic nitrogen. Half of the nitrogen in it is free amino acids and the rest are peptides and low molecular weight proteins. CSL is also a rich source of various minerals and vitamins and can meet the nutritional goals of livestock and poultry diets. Due to the abundance of nutrients, CSL can be used in industrial microbiology for the production of baker’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), antibiotic penicillin, and ethanol. This valuable by-product can also be used as a source of nitrogen in the production of various products such as amino acids and organic acids by fermentation.

Advantages of using liquid gluten (CSL) in livestock, poultry and aquatic feed:
Increasing the number of eggs and improving their quality in chickens and turkeys consuming diets containing liquid gluten
Increasing the growth and weight of broiler chickens consuming food ration containing liquid gluten due to the presence of growth-stimulating mineral elements
Relative reduction of gizzard weight in broiler chickens consuming food ration containing liquid gluten due to high digestibility of feed
Increasing egg shell strength and yolk weight in case of replacing the diet containing soybean meal with liquid gluten up to 10% level
Removal of expensive sources of protein, urea and molasses if liquid gluten is used in the diet of aquatic animals up to 12%
The absence of high sodium in liquid gluten ash, which prevents the occurrence of diarrhea and the removal of food from the animal’s digestive system.
Liver and spleen weight increase in broiler chickens consuming food ration containing liquid gluten, which increases immunity and resistance to disease.
Provider of protein, minerals and energy needed by livestock
Dustiness reducer and appetizing agent of animal feed
Very high absorption and increased efficiency in milk and meat production
Prevention of livestock diarrhea due to the absence of high sodium
Reducing animal feed production costs
