How to make breakfast hazelnut cream

First, we sprinkle the gelatin on cold water and put it in a metal container on steam until it melts and becomes uniform. Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until completely formed and creamy. We put the breakfast cream and chocolate on low heat and stir until a dark ganache cream is obtained.
Add hot chocolate and cocoa powder to the yolk mixture and mix all ingredients. Add gelatin, whipped cream, and hazelnut powder to the cream ingredients and mix with an electric mixer at slow speed until the end. Pour the cream into the desired mold and put it in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. After this time, we return the cream to the intended container and decorate it with seasonal fruits.
