To prepare delicious chocolate mohlbi, we first sift the flour and starch, then pour it into a suitable pan. Next, we put the pan on a low heat and fry for 10 to 15 minutes until the rawness of flour and starch is removed.
After the rawness of flour and starch has been taken, we add sugar to the pan along with vanilla and milk and stir the ingredients continuously until they are uniform. We continue to stir the ingredients until the mahalbi has a porridge-like consistency.
After the molasses reaches the desired concentration, we chop the dark chocolate and add it to the pan, then mix it with other ingredients until it is uniform and the heat melts the chocolate ingredients completely.
