Gluten

Corn steep liquor is a by-product of corn wet-milling industry which contains soluble materials and lactic acid fermentation products. The CSL total solid content is 5-10% which is increased to 50% by evaporation process. Condensed CSl can be used as a source of amino acid, protein, minerals and B group vitamins for nutritional goals in animal diets and industrial microbiology.
